Dayna, our Assistant Manager, began teaching yoga in 2003. Trained through YogaFit, Dayna specializes in making yoga postures accessible to all skill levels. Aside from yoga, she also teaches Peak Performance, one of our circuit training classes. She's certified in Reformer Pilates through Balanced Body, and teaches some very popular and exercise-diverse Pilates classes both in the mornings and afternoons. All of Dayna's workouts are fun and welcoming; and bringing her unique approach, she makes yoga and Pilates classes even more enjoyable and social than the traditional style you might expect. Her passion for fitness is evident as she stays active even outside the gym, through time spent hiking, biking, and visiting the beach! For those looking for extra attention, Dayna is available for Yoga specific Personal Training.
Alan - Instructor

Alan was certified as a Spinning Instructor in February 2011 and took early retirement to focus on his running program in March 2015. Alan has participated in many marathons over the years, including Boston, and is dedicated to fitness and new challenges. He began diving a couple of years ago and has several certifications. He will encourage you to do your best and to make improvements in each class with his positive ways and his music. He teaches Spinning (occasionally) Tuesday and Thursday evenings. He created two courses: Discover Spinning (first offered Fall 2011) for beginner Spinners and Discover Running (first offered Spring 2012) for anyone wanting to learn how to run.
René - Instructor

Rene’ has always had an interest in health and exercise since she graduated from the UW in nutritional sciences. In her younger years she completed countless marathons, half marathons, 10K races as well as several STP and RSVP bike rides. For the last 7 years, she’s been a great Spin Instructor!
Her life passions include Rotary, community service, walking, cycling, spinning and a little golf. She’s also a very happy, hardworking real estate agent for Windermere.
Rene’s classes are enthusiastic and energy packed; she’ll push you to become fit and healthy while enjoying fellowship with spinners around you; not to mention solid spin workouts!
