All those who have been looking for the "next level up" in their training, you don't have to wait much longer!
Starting Saturday Nov. 14th 2015 from 10:30am - 12:00pm, DEF-CON 1.5 (Definitive Conditioning) will be starting up for those die-hards in need of a tougher Strength and Conditioning workout.
This class will be held weekly on Saturdays from 10:30am - 12:00pm (1.5 hours) and will incorporate the use of TRX Bands, Heavy Duty Tires, Agility Ladders, Agility Harnesses, Sledgehammers, Barbells, and even vehicles.
**Disclaimer: This is a DIFFICULT class. Instructor approval is required.**
