Quality Fitness offers small group classes and personal training in a friendly, supportive environment. Whether you want to relax in a meditation classes, improve your balance with yoga, tone up with pilates, build your strength with circuit and TRX training, build your stamina with Zumba and spinning, or all of the above, Quality Fitness is the place for you! The long awaited arrival of the Fitness Test has finally come!
The following times and days are when the Fitness Tests will be conducted:
Wednesday (the 4th): 6:00pm during Circuit Strength
Thursday (the 5th): 5:00pm during Circuit Strength
**If you are unable to make it to the gym during either of those classes, please email us at Info@QualityFitnessMukilteo.com.
A separate time early Saturday morning may be provided for those who need it.
